Zusammenfassung

Roche Diagnostics is seeking an experienced Technical Supplier Manager to bridge internal engineering with a global contract manufacturing network. You will own instrument components, drive robust processes, and lead international technology transfers to ensure supply security and premium quality.

The role requires strong SPC, pFMEA expertise, and leadership of external-to-external transfers, with English and German fluency and willingness to travel. Home office is available, with travel ~20–30%.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in a technical field such as Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Process or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–6+ years in manufacturing process design or supplier management, ideally in medical devices or high‑tech sectors.
• Proven SPC, Cpk, MSA, and pFMEA experience.
• Strong project leadership for external-to-external transfers; PM certification is a plus.
• Experience with ISO 13485, GMP/FDA, and change control processes.
• Fluent in English and German; willing to travel 20–30%.

Aufgaben

• Design, optimize, and industrialize manufacturing and testing processes for instrument components.
• Define validation strategies (IQ/OQ/PQ) and establish process capability baselines.
• Lead external-to-external technology transfers and alignment across supplier networks.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and drive corrective actions across the lifecycle.
