Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz is seeking an experienced Technical Supplier Manager to bridge internal engineering with a global network of contract manufacturers. You will own instrument component production, process design, validation, and industrialization across supplier sites, while leading external transfers and capacity expansions.

The role requires 5-6+ years in manufacturing process design or supplier management in medical devices or similar high-tech fields, with strong SPC, Cpk, MSA,

Qualifications

• Proven SPC, Cpk, MSA, and pFMEA expertise across manufacturing.
• Experience leading external-to-external tech transfers and line ramp-ups.
• Strong collaboration with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Global Sourcing.

Responsabilités

• Design, validate, and industrialize manufacturing and testing processes for instrument components across external suppliers.
• Define validation strategies (IQ/OQ/PQ) and establish process capability baselines.
• Lead tech transfers between external manufacturers and suppliers; manage milestones and change control.
• Drive continuous improvement in cycle times, yield, and cost through advanced manufacturing tech.
