Coopers Group is seeking a product leader to own the lifecycle of critical devices in a regulated manufacturing setting. You will drive PLM across quality, supply, and cost while shaping strategic capacity plans and investments.

Strong supplier interaction and cross-functional collaboration are essential as you coordinate with external manufacturing partners and internal teams. Fluency in English and German is required for frequent global stakeholder presentations; 10–20% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years in product leadership within a matrix environment.
• Proven PLM experience covering quality, supply, compliance and cost management.
• Experience with External Manufacturing and supplier interaction.
• Experience with IVD/medical device regulatory documentation.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accountability for product lifecycle, quality, supply, cost, risk and documentation.
• Manage product changes, complaints, deviations, and production assets including equipment and spare parts.
• Develop and implement production capacity plans with business-case calculations.
• Lead budget planning, Squad governance, and prioritization decisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subsuppliers, procurement and GSC for forecasts and performance.
• Prepare Annual Product Review with stakeholders and trigger actions, risks, mitigations.
