Ontinue AG in Zurich is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the MXDR service roadmap and drive continuous improvement. You will work with Product, Sales, Engineering, Security Operations, Customer Success, and customers to translate feedback into clear priorities and requirements.

The role requires 4+ years in Product Management, cyber security context, and strong communication skills in English (German a plus). The position is based in Zurich with a 100% workload and permanent contract.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience in cybersecurity environments or managed security services is a plus.
• Ability to translate feedback into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Fluency in English; German a strong plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the roadmap and continuous improvement of Ontinue’s MXDR service offering.
• Translate market feedback, customer needs, and technical requirements into product priorities and user stories.
• Work with Product, Sales, Engineering, Security Operations, Customer Success, and customers.
• Lead requirements engineering: discovery, documentation, prioritization, validation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Create diagrams, workflows, presentations, and documentation to explain product concepts and technical ideas.
