Zusammenfassung

DSwiss AG seeks a seasoned Head of Product for SecureSafe, responsible for product vision, strategy and end-to-end roadmaps, spanning discovery, prioritization, launch and iteration.

This hands-on leader reports to the CEO, partners with the CTO, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to deliver scalable, secure solutions; you will balance customer needs with technical feasibility, ensure privacy-by-design, and build a high-performing product organization across multiple locations.

Qualifikationen

• A track record of senior product leadership in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with demonstrated ability to turn strategy into products that move the business forward.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Direct experience with enterprise customers and navigating complex buying environments, balancing customer needs, market opportunity, feasibility and business priorities.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will hold overall responsibility for product at SecureSafe, leading our Product Management and Product Design teams. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap end to end, from discovery and prioritization through launch and post-launch iteration, ensuring that we invest in the products and capabilities that create the greatest value for our customers and our business and that translate into measurable commercial results. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will operate at Management Team level while staying close to our customers, our products, and our teams, and because trust and data security sit at the core of what we sell, you will ensure that privacy and security considerations are built into every product decision from the outset, rather than treated as a compliance check applied after the fact.

What you'll do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap across the SecureSafe portfolio.
• Translate company strategy, customer needs, market opportunities and competitive insight into clear product priorities.
• Stay close to customers and prospects to understand their workflows, challenges and evolving needs.
• Maintain a clear view of competitors, market developments and our differentiation, using the insights to shape product priorities and positioning.
• Lead, develop and strengthen our Product Management and Product Design team.
• Establish a simple and effective product operating model covering discovery, prioritization, validation, release and post-launch learning.
• Work closely with the CTO and Engineering to turn product priorities into high-quality, scalable and secure solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing on positioning, go-to-market, packaging, customer adoption and strategic opportunities.
• Make clear portfolio choices about where to invest, improve, simplify or stop.
• Represent Product as a member of the Management Team and contribute to the overall direction of the company.

What you'll bring

• A track record of senior product leadership, built as a Head of Product, VP Product, or Chief Product Officer within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or another technology-driven environment, with clear evidence of turning product strategy into products that moved the business forward.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Direct experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex buying environments, paired with the commercial judgment to balance customer needs, market opportunity, technical feasibility, and business priorities in every decision.
• A demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing product teams, and to operate at management team level while staying close enough to the product and the customer to make good calls quickly.
• Strong analytical thinking paired with the communication and stakeholder management skills to align engineering, sales, and leadership around a shared roadmap.
• Experience in cybersecurity, secure collaboration, financial services, or another regulated industry is a strong plus, though not essential.
