Ontinue in Zurich seeks a Technical Product Manager to shape the MXDR service. You will own the product roadmap, translate customer feedback into clear requirements, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering and Security Ops to drive service improvements.

You’ll engage with customers to capture needs, align stakeholders, and articulate technical concepts through diagrams and documentation, supporting go-to-market efforts and strategic security outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Practical cyber security experience in MSS/threat detection/SOC.
• Ability to translate customer and market feedback into clear requirements.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Own the roadmap and continuous improvement of Ontinue’s MXDR service offering.
• Work with Product, Sales, Engineering, Security Operations, Customer Success and customers to understand needs, use cases and security outcomes.
• Translate feedback into requirements, user stories, concepts, and priorities.
• Lead requirements engineering: discovery, documentation, prioritization, validation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Join customer conversations to understand technical requirements and operational challenges.
• Bridge commercial and technical teams by capturing and following up on feedback.
• Create diagrams, workflows, presentations, and documentation to explain concepts.
• Drive go-to-market activities with product knowledge, context, competitive insights, and messaging.
