Job-Room in Zurich is seeking a Technical Product Manager to shape Ontinue’s MXDR service. You will own the MXDR roadmap, work with Product, Sales, Engineering, Security Operations, and customers to translate feedback into clear priorities and requirements.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership of technical product areas, collaboration across teams, and ability to communicate complex security concepts through diagrams, workflows, and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Practical cyber security experience in MSSP/THreat detection/SOC contexts.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to work from Zurich office and fluency in English (German a plus).

Aufgaben

• Own the roadmap and continuous improvement of Ontinue’s MXDR service offering.
• Translate feedback into clear product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps.
• Lead discovery, prioritization, validation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Engage with customers, Sales, and technical teams to capture and structure feedback.
• Create diagrams, workflows, and documentation to explain product concepts.
