Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, program management, technology leadership or operating model transformation.
• Experience dealing with audits, vendor management, controls & processes.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing financial planning, budgeting, workforce strategy, or business performance management.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Tech, Data & AI Transformation Program: drive the multi-year transformation roadmap and coordinate streams across organisation, operating model, workforce, technology, infrastructure, sourcing and financial dimensions.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, risks and benefits realization; establish governance, reporting and executive steering.
• Partner with Transformation Office and Hub Heads to align strategy with delivery and prepare executive updates for senior leadership and governance committees.
• Own Financial Management and Workforce Planning: coordinate budget planning and financial forecasting; track expenditure and workforce costs; drive workforce planning across internal and external resources.
• Support Strategy Definition and Strategic Steering: assist in strategic planning cycles, develop executive reporting and strategic communications.
• Enable Cross-Functional Execution and Governance: collaborate with Strategy & Governance teams on value measurement, workforce and sourcing strategy, comms and governance of technology, data and AI.
