Job summary

IMTF - Excellence in RegTech Solutions is seeking a hands-on Finance & Administration Lead to drive finance operations across our international business. You will manage Odoo-based processes, lead a small F&A team and provide insights for CFO reporting.

You will own month-end close, intercompany activities and project administration, while collaborating closely with the CFO and cross-functional colleagues to improve workflows and financial clarity.

Qualifications

• Completed a finance and accounting education with knowledge of Swiss accounting standards (Swiss CO)
• 4+ years of finance and accounting experience; consolidation/treasury a plus
• Hands-on with ERP finance processes; Odoo experience strongly preferred
• Detail-oriented with experience posting entries, reconciling accounts, invoicing, and improving workflows
• Experience leading or coordinating a team and supporting colleagues for quality and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Own finance processes in Odoo: invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, intercompany bookings and VAT
• Lead month-end and year-end closing; review subsidiary financial statements
• Manage AP, AR and payroll for foreign subsidiaries with local fiduciary partners
• Own the project administration process in Odoo across contracts, licenses, invoicing and closure
• Prepare project financial analyses and status reports; support revenue recognition and project closing
• Lead the team: set priorities, distribute work and ensure quality
• Support the Head of Controlling with analyses, reports and presentations for management

About The Role

You run IMTF's international finance operations, lead a small Finance & Administration team and are the go-to person for finance and project processes in our ERP. You manage the process from order entry to the CFO report.

What You'll Do

Finance operations

• Own finance processes in Odoo: invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, intercompany bookings and VAT
• Lead month-end and year-end closing and review subsidiary financial statements
• Manage AP, AR and payroll for our foreign subsidiaries with local fiduciary partners

Project administration & controlling

• Own the project administration process in Odoo and ensure consistency across projects
• Personally administer large customer projects, from setup, contracts and licenses to invoicing and closure
• Prepare project financial analyses and status reports
• Support revenue recognition and project-related closing

Team leadership

• Lead the team: set priorities, distribute work and ensure quality
• Lead by example and stay involved in operational work

Management support

• Support the Head of Controlling with analyses, reports and presentations for management

Requirements

What you bring

• You have completed a relevant education in finance and accounting and have a solid understanding of Swiss accounting standards (Swiss Code of Obligations), VAT and financial reporting
• You bring 4+ years of experience in finance and accounting. Experience in consolidation, treasury or contract management is an advantage
• You have hands-on experience working with finance processes in an ERP system. Experience with Odoo is a strong plus
• You enjoy getting involved in the details, from posting entries and reconciling accounts to issuing invoices and improving workflows
• You have experience leading or coordinating a team and enjoy supporting colleagues while ensuring quality and efficiency
• You are fluent in English. French and/or German language skills are an advantage
