Informatique-MTF S.A. in Switzerland is looking for a Finance & Administration professional to run our finance operations in Odoo, manage invoicing, payments, VAT and bank reconciliations, and report up to the CFO.

You will lead a small, international Finance & Administration team, own project administration and controlling, coordinate with local fiduciary partners, and drive process improvements while ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely closing.

Qualificações

• Completed education in finance and accounting with solid Swiss CO knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial closing processes.
• Hands-on in posting entries, reconciliations and invoicing.

Responsabilidades

• Own finance processes in Odoo, including invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, VAT.
• Lead month-end and year-end closings and consolidate subsidiary statements.
• Manage AP/AR and payroll for foreign subsidiaries with local fiduciary partners.
• Lead project administration in Odoo and prepare project financial analyses and reports.
• Support revenue recognition and project-related closing.

About the role

You run IMTF’s international finance operations, lead a small Finance & Administration team and are the go-to person for finance and project processes in our ERP. You manage the process from order entry to the CFO report.

What you’ll do

Finance operations

• Own finance processes in Odoo: invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, intercompany bookings and VAT.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing and review subsidiary financial statements.
• Manage AP, AR and payroll for our foreign subsidiaries with local fiduciary partners.

Project administration & controlling

• Own the project administration process in Odoo and ensure consistency across projects.
• Personally administer large customer projects, from setup, contracts and licenses to invoicing and closure.
• Prepare project financial analyses and status reports.
• Support revenue recognition and project-related closing.

Team leadership

• Lead the team: set priorities, distribute work and ensure quality.
• Lead by example and stay involved in operational work.

Management support

• Support the Head of Controlling with analyses, reports and presentations for management.

What you bring

• You have completed a relevant education in finance and accounting and have a solid understanding of Swiss accounting standards (Swiss Code of Obligations), VAT and financial reporting.
• You bring 4+ years of experience in finance and accounting. Experience in consolidation, treasury or contract management is an advantage.
• You have hands‑on experience working with finance processes in an ERP system. Experience with Odoo is a strong plus.
• You enjoy getting involved in the details, from posting entries and reconciling accounts to issuing invoices and improving workflows.
• You have experience leading or coordinating a team and enjoy supporting colleagues while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• You are fluent in English. French and/or German language skills are an advantage
