You’ll write compelling job advertisements, create candidate profiles for clients, and communicate in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Conduct Active Sourcing assignments to identify and approach relevant specialists and executives
• Prepare for and participate in interviews
• Support the Team Lead with day-to-day activities, including scheduling and applicant management
• Write and publish job advertisements
• Independently create candidate profiles for clients
