Qualifikationen

• Fluent German and English (C1/C2) required for stakeholder communication (Zurich/Basel).
• Proven experience as Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner, or Talent Advisor in agency, MSP, or corporate environment.
• Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and managing third-party recruitment agencies.
• Strong negotiation and strategic skills with the ability to manage rates, salaries, and margins.

Aufgaben

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle across internal stakeholders, external vendors, and candidates.
• Draft, refine and finalize comprehensive job descriptions.
• Shortlist candidates; coordinate and support multi-stage interviews.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and stakeholder engagement.
• Negotiate offers and rates with line management and agencies; manage vendor relationships.
