About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Advisor to join our team in Switzerland. In this role, you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle, bridging the gap between key internal stakeholders, external vendors, and top-tier candidates. Working with a globally respected brand shaping the future of industrial automation, microelectronics, and sustainable smart factory technologies, you will play a crucial part in acquiring high-impact talent across critical business units.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Candidate Delivery
- Requirement Analysis: Conduct in-depth intake sessions with line managers to determine strategic staffing needs and define targeted talent acquisition strategies.
- Job Descriptions: Draft, refine, and finalize comprehensive, market-ready job descriptions.
- Candidate Shortlisting: Efficiently review, screen, and present top candidate profiles to hiring managers.
- Interview Coordination & Support: Facilitate and support candidate interviews throughout the multi-stage hiring process.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial intake through to successful onboarding.
Stakeholder, Rate & Offer Management
- Offer Management: Handle offer generation, competitive negotiation, and closing procedures to secure top candidates.
- Rate Negotiations: Negotiate pay and bill rates directly with line management and external recruitment agencies.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Align employment and onboarding details between internal business units, HR, and external suppliers.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and strategic vendor partners.
Vendor Management & Operations
- VMS Management: Create and manage contracts within the Vendor Management System (VMS).
- Supplier Performance Reviews: Participate in periodic supplier evaluations and vendor review meetings to ensure SLA compliance and delivery quality.
- Process Optimization: Drive continuous process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency, time-to-hire, and overall stakeholder experience.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner, or Talent Advisor within an agency, MSP, or corporate environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent (C1/C2) in both German and English is mandatory for stakeholder communication in Zurich/Basel.
- Vendor & VMS Expertise: Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and managing third-party recruitment agencies is highly preferred.
- Negotiation & Strategy: Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating rate cards, salaries, and agency margins.
- Communication: Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence line managers and external partners effectively.
