MSC Cruises is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Geneva for a six-month assignment. The role focuses on translating business needs into sourcing strategies, building pipelines, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle across brands and geographies.

You will partner with HR and hiring managers, conduct proactive searches via LinkedIn Recruiter, and maintain candidate records within the ATS while delivering a superior candidate experience.

Your Purpose

MSC Cruise Division is strengthening its Talent Acquisition capability to support a broad and evolving portfolio of recruitment needs across our brands.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Geneva team for a temporary six months assignment. Working closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR Business Partners and hiring managers, you will translate business needs into focused sourcing strategies, identify and engage relevant talent, and build qualified pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

This is a hands‑on, market‑facing role for someone who enjoys understanding the business, conducting proactive searches and creating momentum across multiple assignments. The portfolio may include corporate, operational, specialist, management and selected senior leadership positions across different brands, functions and geographies.

What matters most is your ability to source proactively, communicate credibly with candidates and stakeholders, work with pace and take ownership of your delivery.

Your Impact

• Partner with hiring managers and HR team to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Source, screen, interview and assess candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, talent pools and direct search methodologies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned functions, from role briefing and sourcing strategy definition through candidate selection, offer and onboarding handover.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activity and reporting within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Deliver a best-in‑class candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely feedback and a professional representation of the MSC Cruises employer brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support employer branding initiatives and strengthen MSC Cruises' presence in the talent market.
• Stay up to date on hiring trends, AI and market intelligence, labor market conditions, and hiring best practices.

Your Journey so far

• 5 years of experience in agency recruitment, talent sourcing, talent research, talent acquisition, or executive search.
• A proven ability to identify, approach and qualify for passive candidates, including hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Business curiosity and the ability to understand a position beyond its job description, including its purpose, operating context, stakeholders, and expected impact.
• Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects while maintaining attention to details and quality in delivery.
• Proven track record of implementing effective sourcing strategies and building strong relationships with HR partners and hiring managers.
• Strong candidate engagement skills and the ability to communicate opportunities in a clear, credible, and compelling manner.

Your Essentials

• Full professional fluency in English is mandatory. French or Italian would be an advantage.
• Practical experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System or recruitment CRM. Experience with Phenom and/or SuccessFactors are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several assignments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• High levels of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgement when managing confidential candidate and business information.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland for the full duration of the assignment.
• Availability to complete a full‑time temporary assignment of six months.
