Zusammenfassung

GXP CONSULTING Switzerland is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment across the life sciences sector. You will define needs, write postings, source candidates, screen CVs and conduct pre-screening interviews to assess fit and motivation.

In this role you will build a strong pipeline, maintain ATS records, and collaborate with business teams to understand technical challenges. Occasional HR admin support is included.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's or certification is a plus.
• 3–6 years in talent acquisition or HR.
• Experience recruiting engineering profiles in life sciences / GMP.
• Experience in a recruitment agency or consulting firm is required.
• Strong adaptability, business mindset and resilience.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes with strong organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaborate across teams.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
• Priority-driven, agile, and results-oriented.

We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive the recruitment of exceptional talent across the life sciences sector :

The role:

• Define recruitment needs and write job postings
• Actively source candidates, adapting your search techniques to each profile and sourcing across multiple channels
• Screen CVs and applications to identify the best talent
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to qualify technical skills and assess candidate motivation
• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates to anticipate future hiring needs
• Deliver a professional, transparent, and positive candidate experience, with clear communication and meticulous credential verification at every stage
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the internal ATS
• Work closely with business team to understand the technical challenges of each role and find the best candidates for open positions
• Provide occasional support on HR administrative tasks (contracts, permits, etc.)

To qualify for this role:

• A solid foundation in Human Resources or a related field (Bachelor's degree; a relevant certification or Master's is a plus)
• 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a closely related HR function
• Experience recruiting engineering profiles in a complex environment, ideally within life sciences / GMP
• Experience in a recruitment agency or consulting firm required
• Strong interest in a dynamic environment where adaptability and pragmatism are key
• A business-oriented mindset, with strong resilience in the face of challenges and setbacks
• Comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes at once, with solid organizational and project-management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams
• Comfortable navigating HR information systems and applicant tracking systems
• Fluent in English and French (German is a real plus)
• Strong sense of priorities, agility, and a results-oriented mindset
