Union Bancaire Privée seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to manage and improve Microsoft/Citrix infrastructures in a regulated Private Bank environment. You will ensure high availability, performance, and security while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include design and support of AD, Exchange, PKI, SCCM, and Citrix, plus automation with PowerShell and governance with security policies. Expect on-call rotations and a dynamic, compliance-driven culture.

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong expertise in Microsoft Infra components (AD, DHCP, SCOM).
• PKI and certificate management experience required.
• Experience with SCCM and Exchange 2019.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with MS Teams and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Ansible is a plus.
• Nice to have M365, Citrix and AirWatch MDM mobility platforms.

Job Description

Mission:

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and improving our Microsoft/Citrix based systems and infrastructure. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our IT services.

Main responsibilities:

• Design, implementation, and management of Microsoft-related technologies, including but not limited to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,Exchange, Microsoft PKI, DFS, MS Teams.
• Troubleshoot and improve AD replication, DNS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Implement and enforce security policies, including password policies, account lockout policies, and auditing.
• Integrate Active Directory with other systems, such as Office 365, Azure AD, and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks and reporting
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for Active Directory.
• Setting up and maintaining Root and Intermediate Certificate Authorities.
• Design, implementation, and management of Citrix-related technologies,
• Provide production support for our Microsoft environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage and resolve complex incidents and problems, minimizing downtime and mitigating impacts on business operations.
• Implement and maintain system monitoring solutions to pre-emptively identify potential issues (SCOM / NIMSOFT).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and integration of new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, including regular system audits and updates.
• Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and lead problem management processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and service records.
• Be part of an on-call service rotation one week per month (24/24-7j/7)
