Spineart is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain resilient on-premises and cloud infrastructure as part of the Digital Systems Department.

The role emphasizes automation, cybersecurity, and IT operations with strong experience in Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure, and M365. You will support our cloud transformation journey and ensure service continuity across environments.

• Experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

• Experience with security, compliance, and availability standards across IT environments.

As IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Administer and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage and support Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments.

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud), and a solid background in automation, cybersecurity, and IT operations, with the following profile:

• 5 -7 years in a OT environment
• Windows Server 2019/2022/2025 environment: AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS, clustering
• Linux: RHEL, Debian, Ubuntu
• VMware vSphere virtualization: vSAN, HA, DRS, vDS; Hyper-V, Docker
• Azure hybrid cloud: IaaS, PaaS, Entra ID, Conditional Access
• M365: Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, Purview
• Automation: advanced PowerShell, IaC Terraform / Ansible
• Zero Trust approach: hardening, MFA, PAM, PIM, LAPS, vulnerability management, patching, EDR/XDR/SIEM
• Service continuity: Veeam, DR/BC, OpManager monitoring, performance analysis, capacity planning

• French: Fluent (native level preferred)

• English: Professional working proficiency, including technical documentation and day-to-day professional communication.
