Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Staff AI Engineer in Switzerland to shape and deliver high-impact AI initiatives, building production-ready solutions and providing technical leadership across engineering teams. You will influence major architectural decisions, define shared AI platform standards, and drive scalable infrastructure with robust evaluation, testing, and monitoring.

You will own major AI projects from architecture through deployment, collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Operations, and mentor

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Staff Engineer or equivalent, leading complex AI initiatives.
• Experience designing, building, deploying production-grade LLM apps, AI agents or generative AI features used by customers.
• Ability to influence architectural decisions across teams and establish engineering standards.
• Experience building AI evaluation frameworks with automated testing, agent traces, human feedback, and monitoring.
