Jobgether, in collaboration with a Swiss partner, is seeking an AI and Business Unit Leadership (CTO) based in Switzerland. You will lead a global engineering organization, own a strategic business unit, and drive AI-enabled product innovation at scale.

You will work with the CEO to set the technical direction, translate customer needs into scalable solutions, and build high‑performance teams across real-time platforms, with emphasis on reliability, security, and business impact.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in large technology or engineering organizations.
• Experience defining technology strategy and leading cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on AI experience with LLMs and automation in product development.
• Commercial awareness and ability to align tech decisions with business goals.
• Proven ability to build high-performing, autonomous teams and strong execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to define and execute the technology strategy for a business unit, including priorities and outcomes.
• Align technology investments with customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
• Drive AI adoption and automation across products and engineering workflows.
• Establish success metrics for AI initiatives and oversee their implementation.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary technology organization with managers and leads.
• Set strategic direction and empower technical leaders while maintaining strong execution standards.
• Oversee real-time, high-throughput infrastructure for scalable growth, security, and reliability.
• Balance rapid innovation with robust engineering practices and architectural governance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable plans.
