Cisco Switzerland is seeking a driven, energetic professional to join our Channel Team, focusing on the Romandie region and the 2-Tier partner market. You will collaborate with field teams, sales, services, and architecture experts to align partner priorities with Cisco's strategy and drive growth.

Formación

• Motivation to learn, grow and make a difference in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in French and English; German a plus.
• Experience in technology sales and partner/channel management.
• Ability to engage with multiple levels inside Cisco and with partners.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth and transformation in the Swiss 2-Tier partner market with a Romandie focus.
• Build trusted collaborations with Western Swiss partners to achieve goals with Cisco.
• Understand partners' business models to deliver strategic growth plans.
• Educate and enable partners on Cisco solutions with field specialists.
• Identify market opportunities and develop GTM strategies for sustainable growth.
• Engage strategic accounts to showcase Cisco ecosystems and drive end-customer success.
• Be proactive and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
