Cisco Switzerland is seeking a driven professional to join the Channel Team with a focus on the Romandie region. You will collaborate with field teams, sales, services, and architecture specialists to understand partners' business and align with Cisco's strategy.

This role emphasizes growth in the 2-Tier partner market and close partner collaboration. The ideal candidate has experience in technology sales, strong relationship skills, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English required; German is a plus.
• Proven track record in technology sales or partner management.
• Ability to build credibility and relationships at multiple levels within Cisco and with partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and transformation in the Swiss 2-Tier partner market with a focus on Romandie.
• Build strong, trust-based collaborations in Western Switzerland with Cisco partners.
• Understand partners' business models and customer needs to deliver strategic growth plans.
• Educate and enable partners on Cisco's latest solutions to position Cisco ahead of competitors.
• Identify market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for sustainable growth.
