Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of payroll experience
• Sound knowledge of Swiss payroll regulations (AHV, social insurances, pension)
• Familiarity with payroll systems (Dynamics 365, WorkDay) and Excel for data analysis
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English; German or French a plus

Aufgaben

• Manage core payroll execution with external provider and internal People Services team
• Support payroll month-end activities including accruals, forecasting, and leadership presentations
• Coordinate with Finance on cost allocation, tax and social contributions, and budget reporting
• Handle statutory declarations and support audit activities with Swiss authorities
• Process HR-related invoices and liaise with social insurance providers
• Assist with salary calculation queries and payroll administration
