Zusammenfassung

Accelleron Schweiz AG seeks a Local Hosting Service Owner to ensure reliable, secure, and cost-efficient delivery of local hosting and infrastructure across Swiss sites. You will manage end-to-end on-prem hosting environments, including servers, virtualization, storage, HPC and data center infrastructure, aligning with business needs.

You will interface between factory IT, global Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams, ensuring security policies and standards are implemented.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• Experience with on-prem hosting, virtualization, storage and data center technologies.
• Experience as a Service Owner or in managing infrastructure services with SLAs, KPIs and governance.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

Aufgaben

• Own and continuously improve local hosting services across Switzerland locations.
• Ensure stable, secure, resilient, SLA-driven operations for factory and engineering environments.
• Act as technical authority for hosting platforms and governance.
• Manage incidents, root-cause analyses, escalations, and operational risks.
• Coordinate with local and global IT teams, vendors and partners.
• Define lifecycle, capacity, refresh, and modernization roadmaps for hosting services.
