Zusammenfassung

Accelleron Schweiz AG is seeking a Local Hosting Service Owner (m/f/d) to ensure reliable, secure and cost-efficient hosting across its Swiss locations. You will own on‑premises hosting, including servers, virtualization, storage, HPC and data center infrastructure, and ensure stable operations aligned with business needs.

Acting as the interface between local operations, global IT and cybersecurity, you will manage changes, risks, governance and vendor relationships, while contributing to RUN

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Extensive on-prem hosting, virtualization, storage and data center expertise.
• Experience as a Service Owner or managing infrastructure with SLAs/KPIs.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk, DR and business continuity.
• IT service operations, incident management, and vendor management experience.
• Budgeting, cost management and procurement experience; SAP knowledge helpful.
• Automation and standardization for hosting.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent German and good English (min B2).

Aufgaben

• Own and improve local hosting services across Swiss locations; ensure SLA-driven operations.
• Serve as technical authority for hosting platforms; manage capacity and governance.
• Coordinate incidents, root-cause analyses and risk management.
• Define lifecycle, capacity, and modernization roadmaps; maintain documentation.
• Coordinate budgeting and vendor governance; review performance.
• Lead BUILD projects; collaborate with global IT and external partners.
