Accelleron seeks a Local Hosting Service Owner to command on-prem hosting, virtualization, storage, and HPC across its Swiss locations. You will coordinate with factory IT, global Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity to ensure secure, compliant operations and scalable solutions.

The role focuses on RUN and BUILD activities, including lifecycle management, governance, and cost control, in a manufacturing and engineering environment. German and English fluency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• Extensive experience in on-prem hosting, virtualization, storage, and data center tech.
• Experience as a Service Owner or managing infrastructure with SLA/KPI governance.
• Fluency in German and English (minimum B2) and strong stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Own and continuously improve local hosting services (servers, virtualization, storage, HPC) across Swiss sites to ensure stable, secure, SLA-driven operations.
• Define lifecycle, capacity, refresh, and modernization roadmaps; maintain docs and governance.
• Manage service providers, contracts, budgets, forecasts, and cost; monitor SLAs and KPI performance.
• Lead hosting-related projects from design through deployment and handover; drive automation and standardization.
