EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Cloud and Hosting Lead in Lausanne or Aarau, Switzerland, in a hybrid model. You will own the Cloud & Hosting domain across a hybrid estate including on-prem VMware/Hyper-V and AWS, coordinating with the client’s Head of Cloud.

You will lead transitions, mentor offshore teams, drive FinOps and capacity tuning, and ensure NIS2 compliance and data residency, while acting as the on-call escalation point for incidents.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of infrastructure and cloud engineering experience.
• Experience in MSP or outsourcing environments.
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification.
• Fluency in English; German/French an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Own the Cloud & Hosting domain across a hybrid infrastructure estate.
• Lead transition-in activities and tooling onboarding.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor offshore engineering teams.
• Drive cloud optimization and FinOps practices.
• Ensure NIS2 compliance and adherence to Swiss data residency requirements.
• Serve as on-call escalation point for P1/P2 incidents.
