Job summary

Accelleron Schweiz AG in Switzerland seeks an IS Team Lead Infrastructure & Technology to drive local IT infrastructure strategy, oversee the Switzerland team, and partner with global IS to deliver resilient services for manufacturing and shopfloor operations.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, focusing on transformation, digitalization, and continuous improvement across LAN/WAN, data center, HPC, cybersecurity, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT, CS, or engineering.
• Several years of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Proven ability to define strategy and ensure execution.
• Experience with IT service management and ITIL processes.
• Experience leading transformations and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English; German preferred.
• Ability to balance strategy with pragmatic execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Switzerland IS Infrastructure & Technology team.
• Build a high-performance culture based on trust, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Define and evolve Switzerland IS strategy aligned with global IS.
• Develop roadmaps for manufacturing, shopfloor, test center and transformation requirements.
• Drive automation, digitalization and service optimization initiatives.
• Own intake and prioritization of IS infrastructure demands into roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Ensure service performance, incident management and security; manage vendors and external providers.
