Accelleron is seeking a Local Hosting Service Owner (80-100%) to lead on-site hosting and infrastructure across Switzerland. You will own end-to-end hosting operations, including servers, virtualization, storage, HPC, and data-center infrastructure while coordinating with factory IT, global Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams to meet security and business requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level or higher technical degree required.
• Must have hands-on experience with on-prem hosting environments.
• Strong governance, budgeting and vendor-management capabilities a must.

Aufgaben

• Own and continuously improve local hosting services (servers, virtualization, storage, HPC, data center).
• Ensure SLA-driven, secure, stable operations for factory and engineering environments.
• Act as technical authority for hosting platforms; manage capacity, standards and governance.
• Handle incidents, root-cause analyses, escalations and operational risks.
• Ensure compliance with security, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity requirements.
• Coordinate with local and global IT teams and external partners.
