• Background in consulting and sales.
• Deep expertise deploying technical products to enterprises.
• Hands-on leader with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
• Swiss German preferred; fluency in Swiss German and French a plus; strong English for internal collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute country strategy for Switzerland, including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting and hiring.
• Design the pipeline to hit ambitious B2B sales targets and manage top 30 strategic accounts.
• Hire the founding country team for sales and implementations.
• Define event priorities and investments for brand awareness.
• Represent ElevenLabs at events and media appearances.
• Collaborate with partner ecosystem to create opportunities with the global BD team.
• Ideate, own and drive major bets in the country.
