Companial is seeking a senior Country Manager to build and grow our business in Switzerland. The role focuses on recruiting new Dynamics partners, developing strategic relationships, and expanding Companial’s presence in the Swiss market.

You will report to the Regional Lead DACH and collaborate with teams across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This remote role is based in Switzerland, Germany, or Austria, with regular Swiss market presence.

Qualifikationen

• Senior commercial experience within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
• Strong Dynamics 365 knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft partner landscape.
• Proven experience in new business development and partner recruitment.
• Ability to build and coach a small team (up to 3-5 Partner Success Managers).
• Fluent German and English.

Aufgaben

• Own the commercial growth and revenue performance of Companial in Switzerland.
• Recruit new Microsoft Dynamics partners and develop them into long term Companial customers.
• Build and manage relationships with key decision makers across the Swiss Dynamics ecosystem.
• Grow existing partner relationships by introducing additional Companial services.
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Switzerland.
• Build a strong new business pipeline and take ownership from first contact through onboarding and growth.
• Work closely with Microsoft and represent Companial at partner meetings and relevant industry events.
• Use your own local commercial and marketing budget to support growth.
