ElevenLabs is a Swiss remote-first AI company hiring a Solutions Engineer. You’ll scale our voice AI platform for enterprise customers, working with sales and product teams to architect integration patterns and deliver tailored technical support.

Fluent English and German are preferred, with regular travel for customer onsites. This role is remote-first and eligible to be executed from anywhere in Switzerland, with flexibility for Zurich-based collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Strong technical background to help customers architect integration between our solutions and existing systems.
• Proficiency in Python and software development practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Experience working with customers and ability to scale solutions.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate our product’s value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources that amplify our sales team’s effectiveness.
• Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and work with product teams to realize them.
