Zusammenfassung

ADP is seeking a Field Sales Manager for the Swiss market, based in Geneva or Zurich. You will drive growth by acquiring new business and managing key accounts, reporting to the Sales Director and coordinating with global teams.

Fluency in French and English is required; German is a plus. Expect to work within an international matrix, plan your territory, and maintain Salesforce with accurate forecasts and opportunities.

Qualifikationen

5–10 years of sales experience in the Swiss market, in HCM or payroll tech.
Fluent in French and English; German language skills are a plus.
Proven proficiency in account planning and complex sales strategies to win large accounts.
Experience closing new business at international level with C-level interactions.
Strong communication, integrity and a proactive, international mindset.

Aufgaben

Represent ADP and the local/international services to clients in Switzerland.
Create new business opportunities and close deals.
Report to the Sales Director and collaborate with District/Global Sales teams to deliver value.
Own territory planning and maintain Salesforce with accounts, opportunities and contacts.
