Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking a Country Medical Director Switzerland to act as the local medical expert, shaping strategies for Haemato-Oncology and Oncology assets. Qualifications

• MD Physician or PhD with 5–10 years of experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience managing Medical Affairs associates.
• Experience engaging with health authorities, societies and committees in Switzerland.
• English and German proficiency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Medical Associates in Switzerland.
• Develop and implement medical strategies aligned with global/regional plans.
• Build peer-to-peer scientific relationships with national/regional leaders.
• Drive local medical meetings, advisory boards and investigator activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on launch and lifecycle programs.
• Sponsor publications and data-dissemination; ensure GCP/ethics compliance.
• Monitor budget, goals, and cross-regional Medical Affairs tactics.
