Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health economics, pharmacy, health policy, business, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or MBA) strongly preferred.
• 7+ years in biopharma with global value, access, pricing, and reimbursement exposure.
• Experience with payer decision-making, HTA processes, and global value dossiers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop global pricing and reimbursement strategy across indications and regions.
• Collect regional feedback and translate it into recommendations for evidence needs.
• Translate payer insights into actionable recommendations for development and pricing.
• Collaborate with Pricing, HEOR, Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, and regional teams.
• Input asset lifecycle planning and indication sequencing to maximize access.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally to integrate payer needs into development.
