Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. in Switzerland seeks a Country Medical Director to lead Medical Affairs for Haemato-Oncology, shaping local strategies and ensuring compliant, scientifically credible activities with national authorities and partners.

You will manage Medical Associates, collaborate across commercial, regulatory and clinical development, and drive country go-to-market support, publications, and data generation while traveling 25–50%.

Qualifications

• MD Physician or PhD with a minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience managing a team of Medical Affairs associates.
• Experience engaging with key Swiss stakeholders including health authorities, societies, and committees.
• English and German proficiency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide local input into global/regional product strategies and translate into country tactics and tools.
• Lead local Medical strategies and maintain scientifically credible relationships with national/regional KOLs and healthcare providers.
• Lead the development and execution of local medical meetings, advisory boards, and investigator meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Development) to support pre-launch, launch and lifecycle activities.
• Travel 25–50% to support regional and national activities.
