Job summary

Servier is seeking a Field Medical Advisor Solid Tumors in Switzerland to act as a strategic scientific partner in oncology, emphasizing ocular oncology. You will support local medical strategy and collaborate across medical, commercial, and regulatory teams to enhance scientific excellence.

The role requires 3–5 years in Medical Affairs, oncology experience, and strong communication. Travel across Switzerland is expected, with English as a must and German/French as a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a health-related scientific discipline (MD, PharmD, PhD, MSc, or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 2–3 years of Oncology experience; melanoma and/or ocular oncology is a strong asset.
• Fluency in English; good German and/or French is preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Switzerland and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development and execution of the local medical strategy for solid tumors across the portfolio.
• Identify unmet medical needs and translate insights into medical initiatives.
• Provide accurate, balanced, and compliant scientific information and support materiais.
• Support evidence-generation activities including real-world evidence projects and publications.
• Build and maintain scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals and networks; lead scientific exchanges and educational initiatives.
