Job summary

Xelon AG is seeking a Cloud Operations Lead (80-100%) to own the daily operation of our cloud platform, including availability, incident response, monitoring, backup and recovery. You will lead a team of four to six and ensure customer satisfaction, audit readiness, and platform stability through a multi-hypervisor environment centered on VMware.

The role is based in Zug, Switzerland, with an office and a hybrid work model (80–100%).

Qualifications

• Leadership: 5+ years leading IT operations in cloud, hosting or service provider environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimise the production estate across a multi-hypervisor environment, with VMware as the primary platform.
