biBerk is seeking a Recovery Representative II to manage a desk of subrogation claims across lines of business, evaluating liability, coordinating with adjusters and attorneys, and pursuing restitution. The role reports to the Recovery Unit Team Lead.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–2 years related work experience.
• Basic math.
• Basic literacy in computer knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Review first party claims and evaluate subrogation potential.
• Assign independent adjusters and/or experts as needed.
• Identify and pursue recovery from responsible parties and insurers.
• Coordinate with subrogation attorneys when needed.
• Review invoices for compliance with agreements and guidelines.
• Pursue uninsured motorists for subrogation.
• Maintain diary system and use claims systems (IIS, Apollo, Duck Creek).
• Review changes in law and coverages.
• Retain and manage outside vendors when warranted.
