• Manage an active desk of claims under miscellaneous professional liability coverages.
• Recognize exposures, ensure reserves are adequate and timely.
• Evaluate coverage issues and identify risk transfer opportunities.
• Manage litigation with proper planning and defense counsel.
• Negotiate effectively and communicate with internal/external parties.
• Document claim files per guidelines and maintain licenses.
