Annuity Health, LLC is seeking a Remote Insurance Follow-Up Representative to handle collection functions for hospital and physician services. You will review accounts, follow up with insurers on claim status, gather missing information, rebill, file appeals, and bill secondary claims as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of college preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience preferred.
• Prior medical billing and insurance collections or healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service to healthcare contract customers.
• Prepare, research and collect from contracted health insurance payers.
• Research remits and EOBs for accurate payments or denials.
• Provide or arrange for additional information when needed.
• Submit corrected claims or appeals.
• Request appropriate adjustments when required.
• Identify items that require client assistance.
• Gather payor trends and provide feedback.
• Other duties as assigned.
