Zusammenfassung

AvonRisk is a leading risk management firm handling complex claims across 32 states. The Adjuster III investigates, evaluates, and adjusts medium to complex claims, including non-litigated and litigated general liability and auto/property cases.

You will interview claimants, collect records, and coordinate with medical and legal teams to reach settlements, while maintaining comprehensive documentation and client communication.

Qualifikationen

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At least a four-year college degree; preferred knowledge of public entity liability.
• 5+ years’ experience in insurance claims, self-insurance, or JPAs.

Aufgaben

• Investigate, analyze, and determine liability for personal, casualty, or property loss.
• Interact with clients, medical professionals, witnesses, and claimants to gather information.
• Prepare reports and maintain records in CMIS; pursue settlements when appropriate.
• Manage litigation support: collect evidence, coordinate with defense counsel, and attend hearings.
