Job summary

Jamestown Public Schools is seeking a Student Enrichment and Community Partnerships Coordinator for the 2026-2027 School Year. This 36-day assignment focuses on developing and coordinating enrichment opportunities by connecting schools with volunteers, businesses, organizations, and other community partners.

The role includes coordinating programs across arts, STEM, career exploration, financial literacy, and mentoring, with responsibilities for outreach, records, and ensuring equitable access.

• Bachelor's degree in education, community development, nonprofit management, communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work with district and school leaders to identify student enrichment needs and develop an annual program plan.
• Recruit, develop, and maintain relationships with community volunteers, businesses, organizations, artists, professionals, and other partners.
• Match community expertise and available resources with appropriate schools, grade levels, and student learning needs.
• Coordinate required applications, screening, background checks, confidentiality requirements, and orientation for volunteers.
• Promote equitable access to enrichment opportunities across schools, grade levels, and student groups.
• Maintain accurate records of partners, activities, schools, students served, program expenditures, and grant-funded activities.
• Gather feedback, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide periodic updates and an annual summary of activities and outcomes.
• Assist with grant applications, reports, budget narratives, and other documentation related to enrichment programming.
• Perform other duties consistent with the purpose and responsibilities of the position.
