Job summary

Onamia Public Schools is seeking a Site Coordinator for Out-of-School Time (OST) Programs. The role involves coordinating and overseeing after-school, weekend, and summer programs, ensuring safety, transportation, and facilities are managed effectively.

The position requires experience with OST-style youth programs, strong communication with teachers, and implementation of PBIS-based behavior support. 230 days/year, DOQ, funding-dependent.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, administering, and evaluating youth OST programs.
• Experience working with youth in OST settings and positive interactions.
• Training in behavior management (PBIS) and working with at-risk youth.
• Ability to promote Youth Program Quality in OST programs.
• Familiarity with survey data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day OST program operations (facility usage, transportation, safety, food service, supplies).
• Coordinate connections between school-day and OST learning; communicate with teachers and staff.
• Develop and enforce OST policies and procedures, including discipline policies.
• Assist with surveys and attendance data collection and reporting.
• Coordinate program requirements and reporting (Continual Learning Plans, MARSS).
• Develop program schedules, registration procedures, and marketing materials.
