Roche in Basel invites you to join CareRing as a Working Student, a long-term, high-impact role within our Global Patient Network. If you are an early university student, you will develop social and digital community management skills for a global internal community of patients and caregivers.

You will work with ambassadors and leaders over 2+ years, taking on increasing responsibility, and build your professional network across sites while supporting content, events and campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled during the entire period (at least 24 months) in a Bachelor's program or early Master's in Basel or nearby.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with resourcefulness, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English; German and other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Platform & Intranet Management: Maintain CareRing platform and oversee the new myRoche intranet presence.
• Front & Back-Office Support: Balance user-facing engagement with administrative, content scheduling, and technical tasks.
• Safe Community Building: Grow membership while ensuring a welcoming, collaborative space.
• Content & Strategic Communications: Create posts, event promotions, impact stories, and testimonials.
• Campaign Activation: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate CareRing messaging.
