Zusammenfassung

Roche is seeking a Corporate Communications Business Partnering specialist in Basel to advise senior leaders and shape strategic communications for sustainability and enterprise topics. You will drive end-to-end programs, ensuring buy-in and impactful execution.

You will collaborate with GC Centers of Excellence and the Digital Communications CoE to measure impact, manage risks, and elevate Roche's reputation across internal and external audiences.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in strategic communications across corporate, sustainability, policy, internal and external comms.
• Knowledge of corporate sustainability topics, ideally healthcare, with systems-thinking mindset.
• Strong executive presence, business acumen, consulting and leadership skills in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
• Native-level English writing and strong verbal communication; additional languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Develop integrated communications strategies and foundational messaging for designated partners to elevate Roche's reputation.
• Drive sustainability and corporate-topic outcomes with GC CoE, building content, tools, channels and mechanisms.
• Collaborate with the Digital Communications CoE to establish robust metrics and evaluation for communication effectiveness.
• Provide proactive, strategic counsel to the business, prioritizing, anticipating impacts, risks and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to reach solid decisions and foster collaboration.
• Bridge between Corporate and Sustainability Strategy and GC strategy, briefing CoEs on rationale and outcomes.
• Identify synergies with other Communications Partners and seek strategic partnerships across boundaries.
