Roche is seeking a Working Student to join the CareRing Core Team in Basel. You will master social and digital community management for a global internal community, while gaining mentorship from experienced leaders over the next 2+ years.

You will help manage the CareRing platform, support ambassadors, and create engaging content. Fluency in English is essential, German is a plus, and you’ll work on-site in Basel with a patient-first mission.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled for entire period (at least 24 months) in a Bachelor’s program or early Master’s in Basel or nearby.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn are essential.
• Strong communication skills and tech-savviness are required.

Aufgaben

• Platform & intranet management for CareRing and myRoche content.
• Front & back-office support including content scheduling and maintenance.
• Grow a safe, welcoming online community for patients and caregivers.
