Roche in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, seeks an Associate Communications Manager for the Sites Network Communications Switzerland (SNC CH) team. You will translate business aims into clear internal and external messaging in German and English, aligning with global and local objectives.

Expect to manage digital channels, coordinate with Site leaders and SMEs, and support crisis communications to protect Roche’s reputation. Fluency in German (C2) and English is required.

• Support the implementation of communication plans derived from the Group and Site Rotkreuz vision, in alignment with the Sites Network’s overarching objectives.
• Identify relevant topics for our stakeholders at the Rotkreuz site and across the Sites Network, translating them into engaging content for internal and external audiences in German and English.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of our internal and external digital channels and report engagement metrics.
• Proactively build and maintain relationships with Site & Services leaders, project leads, subject matter experts, Sites Network Communications, and the broader Group Communications team.
• Assist Local Emergency Team by preparing templates and supporting crisis messaging to protect Roche’s reputation.

Opportunity

Communications Execution

Support the implementation of communication plans derived from the Group and Site Rotkreuz vision, in alignment with the Sites Network’s overarching objectives. Maintain and update communication materials, ensuring all assets are consistent with organizational objectives.

Content Creation

Identify relevant topics for our stakeholders at the Rotkreuz site and across the Sites Network, translating them into engaging content for internal and external audiences. Tailor messaging in both German and English across internal, external, and digital platforms. Align all communication activities, materials, and messaging with organizational objectives and the company's brand identity.

Channel Management and Coordination

Manage the day-to-day operations of our internal and external digital channels. Distribute content and use established measurement tools to track performance and report on engagement metrics.

Stakeholder Coordination

Proactively build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as Site & Services leaders, project leads, subject matter experts, Sites Network Communications, and the broader Group Communications team.

Crisis and Issues Support

Support the Local Emergency Team by preparing templates, monitoring channels, and supporting the rollout of approved messaging during an issue or crisis to help protect the company’s reputation.
