Zusammenfassung

Union Bancaire Privée, Geneva, seeks a Senior Product Manager for structured products to oversee booking, lifecycle management, and post-trade services for the EMEA region.

You will liaise with bankers, advisors, middle and back offices to ensure seamless communication and drive automation projects, including Excel-based tool development for daily operations.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Financial Markets or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in structured products.
• Proficiency in Python and data tools (Pandas, NumPy).
• Strong English, French, and German languages.

Job Description

Mission & Main responsibilities

• Product Management:
  • Oversee the booking process for new structured products and ensure effective life cycle monitoring of existing products.
  • Manage post-trade services for the EMEA team, including the creation of products in internal systems and mapping products into team tools.
  • Act as a liaison between Bankers, Advisors, Middle Office, and Back Office teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Digital Development and Process Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in both automated and manual tasks, providing actionable feedback and suggestions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Excel-based tools to support the Structured Products team in their daily operations.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of digital processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in team workflows.
  • Contribute to automation of the booking process.
• Ensure the best execution in a secure framework in open architecture
  • Pricing of structured products in a secure operational framework
  • Focus on flow products (in comparison to solution products)
  • Ensure best execution in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Management of the Issuer relationship, with a focus on the search for internal group synergies
  • Back up of the Solutions activity in case of needs
• Development of tactical trade ideas
  • Design, analysis, and selection of SP tactical ideas (trading axis, market opportunities etc.)
  • Promotion of new payoffs within subscription products
• Client focus:
  • Provide expertise and support to internal partners and clients
  • Take initiatives to achieve quantitative objectives for the structured products business
  • Build relationship with private bankers
  • Favour internal synergies

Your Profile

• Education: Master degree in Financial Markets
• ExperienceTechnical skills - 5y of experience on Structured Products field
• Languages - English, French, German, others
• Personal skills - Team player, agile, Pro active, ability to take initiatives, business developpement & service oriented
• IT skills: Programming proficiency with at least one major language, such as Python. Excellent knowledge of the Pandas and NumPy packages. Proven experience in project development or automation using this expertise / data management and data analysis.
