Job summary

Innosight in Zurich, Switzerland, is seeking an Associate to join our consulting team. This hybrid role requires 2–3 days on-site per week and offers exposure to senior-level executives early in your career.

You must be available to start in Q1 2027 and able to obtain Swiss work authorization. Responsibilities include leading workstreams, delivering client-ready analyses and presentations, and applying our IP and AI tools to drive client impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of strategy delivery experience in top-tier consulting or internal strategy.
• Degree with strong academic performance (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems using data-driven approaches.
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts and business applications.
• Travel and Swiss work authorization requirement.
