Job summary

Deloitte AG in Zurich is seeking a Graduate to join our Customer Strategy team. You will help shape customer journeys and growth initiatives across marketing, sales and service for diverse industries, leveraging data, digital and AI to drive strategy.

Focus areas include translating strategies into digital product opportunities and presenting evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders. This role is primarily on-site with the flexibility to work from home about 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in strategy or AI-focused roles.
• University degree in Business, Marketing, CS, Life Sciences or STEM.
• Fluency in English; willing to travel within Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer journeys and performance data to identify opportunities across marketing, sales and service.
• Translate customer and growth strategies into digital product opportunities and prioritized initiatives.
• Assess how digital channels and AI use cases could improve customer experiences and outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, design and technology teams to shape solutions that meet needs.
• Build business cases and present evidence-based recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
